Highly recommend staying here! The rooms are modern, clean, and much larger than typical Tokyo accommodations. Having an in-room kitchen and washing machine made our stay so convenient. It’s located in a peaceful area but super easy to walk to Ginza or catch the metro. Friendly staff and hassle-free check-in. 10/10!

The staff was fluent in English and the room was clean. What really made the stay convenient was a washer/dryer with free laundry detergent and equipment for those choosing to hang and air dry their clothes. There was also a kitchen with a microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishwashing detergent, drying rack, range with two burners, plates, bowls cooking and eating utensils, pots and pans and recycling bin. I felt like I was living in an apartment rather than a hotel. The area was very safe with nearby restaurants, convenience stores, vending machines public transportation and Akihabara within walking distance.

The hotel is in a quiet area but surrounded by convenience stores, restaurants and supermarkets. It’s about 4 minutes walking to metro station. Another plus point is that it can fit my big family in one room.

Unfortunately, why everything was pretty good including the location and the clean room, we had an issue with the air conditioner. We are on the top floor so it was warm. I brought it up the second day and they were going to take a look at it, but it did not make much of a difference. The Hitachi unit was not only allowed but very inefficient and basically took the entire night to cool the room. So it did work a little bit, but it was minimal and the noise was not not noticeable. Otherwise everything was good, I wish the TV did not have a a volume lock at 40, but that seems to be common at Japanese hotels. Hopefully with the air-conditioning issue being fixed, will definitely stay here again.
